Steve has been a qualified builder since 1972 and founded Cranbrook in 1981. Historically the company has developed residential, commercial and industrial properties, the main focus being on high end residential developments, aged care and retirement living. Steve has an overarching involvement in the full gambit of the business and is always immersed in the design and detail of our developments. He applies his detail skills to maximise design opportunities and always strives to deliver a property that suits the marketplace and achieve a style and quality that exceeds expectations.
Marc has been involved in property development since 2004. Marc is responsible for the strategic acquisitions, feasibility assessment and overall project management of the properties and developments at Cranbrook Group. Prior to joining Cranbrook Group, Marc was a partner for 14 years at Meridian International Capital Limited, a boutique capital asset financing firm. Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics Degree in Actuarial Studies.
Campbell has over 25 years experience as a Development & Project Manager and has completed numerous commercial, industrial, retail, residential and aged care developments in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. He ran one of Sydney’s leading project management firms M M Group for over 14 years and completed over 120 successful projects. Campbell completed his Building Degree at the University of Technology with Honours.
